Youth Athletic Summer Training


Calling all student athletes ages 9-12- check this out! June 10th -July 18th we are starting our Youth Athletic summer training program. For just $175, we’ll meet every Monday and Thursday from 3-4pm to work on: 

🤸🏼‍♀️ Flexibility and mobility

🤾🏿‍♂️General movement skills {change of direction}

🏃🏻‍♂️Power and speed {acceleration and running form}

🥇Introduction to plyometrics 

🏋🏾‍♂️General strength 

{introduction to strength training}
